Runsheet
PACxSTAR™ runs the judging event in the morning and Showcase in the evening on the same day. Dancers are required to complete both events to qualify for the placings and to receive competitions points.
Cultural Categories
Samoa and Tonga will feature in 2024.
Age Grade Times
Moana / Maui duration up to 2mins max
Tagaloa duration up to 3mins max
Open Grade Times
Moana / Maui duration up to 2.30mins max
Tagaloa duration up to 3.30mins max
ALL Contestants
Traditional Attire
Traditional dance or
Traditional dance with fusion must be 80% traditional and 20% chosen modern dance style
Music must be from a musician of Pacific Island heritage.

MOANA $50.00
Includes dedicated seating area in the judging event (morning) only
Tutor and 3 advisors backstage
Advisors must have paid ticket entry for judging (morning) and showcase (evening) events to enter backstage.
MAUI $50.00
